Improved mechanical stability and resistance to softening ensures long lubricant life and prevents leak out of bearings. Good corrosion protection and resistance to water washout resulting in improved component protection and equipment life. Good low temperature fluidity/ pumpability even in cold weather making it ideal for use in centralized lubrication systems on industrial applications. Gulf Gem greases are premium quality, Polyurea thickener-based grease for elevated temperatures & extended lubrication intervals and provide a unique advantage over conventional soap-based greases. These are manufactured from highly refined base oils and performance additives to provide excellent wear protection, good structural stability, resistance to water washout and effective protection from corrosion. Performance testing demonstrates it is an outstanding lubricant for antifriction bearings, under extended periods at 180°C and remains functional at temperatures as low as -20°C.
